Obituary of Eleanor James

LEWIS, Eleanor (James) - After a lengthy illness at the North Bay General Hospital - Scollard Site on Thursday, December 15, 2005 in her 84th year. Dear wife of the late Lloyd "Lucky" Lewis. Loving mother of Danny Lewis (wife Marillia) of Toronto. Survived by her sister Ruth Pollard (Lorne) and her brother Jack James (Sandra). Eleanor was a life member, a 50-year member and past president of the Royal Canadian Legion, Ladies Auxiliary Branch 23. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from City Hall) today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment at the North Bay Union Cemetery.
