Obituary of William-E. Webster


WEBSTER, WILLIAM E., passed away February 3, 2005. Bill was 73 and lived in Chili, NY, prior to his retirement in 1986. He and his wife Mary Lu moved to Grand Island, FL in 1987. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Air Force. Bill was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Eustis. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Lu; and sister, Bonnie (Clare) Bellamy of Vassar, MI; nephew, Mark Elliott of Vassar, MI. Surrogate daughter and grandson, Brenda and Andrew Elliott of Apopka, FL. Sister-in-law Joan Filbeck of Lexington, MI; brothers-in-law, Arnold (Lores) Kettlewell, Ralph (Karen) Kettlewell, James (Ruth) Kettlewell, Thomas (Linda) Kettlewell of Croswell, MI and Robert (Delma) of Atlanta, GA, several nieces and nephews. Bill was born in Dansville, NY, graduated from Geneseo State Teachers College, NY. Had a Masters Degree in Education, was an Administrator in the Rush-Henrietta School Dist., Henrietta, NY. He was a Mason, Phi Delta Kappa, and a member of the Eustis Elks Lodge 1578. Memorial service at Sunlake Estates on Sunday, Feb. 20th 1PM. Interment will be in Michigan. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lake & Sumter of FL.
