CLOUTIER, STEVEN LOUIS, 56Gainesville - Steven Louis Cloutier, 56, of Gainesville, Florida passed away November 15, 2013. Steven was employed by Koogler & Associates since 2001 as a Technical Manager. Previously he was employed by the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement, Inc. (NCASI) in Gainesville. Steve served in the U.S. Air Force from 1975-1979. From 1979 to 1983 he was co-founder and partner for Webb & Cloutier Construction Co. managing construction projects in Massachusetts and Florida. He received his B.S. in Environmental Science from Florida Institute of Technology in 1987. Steve will be remembered for his great enthusiasm in all his pursuits. Among his many hobbies he enjoyed surfing, fishing, camping, woodworking, collecting antiques and original art work. Steven was very proud of having achieved Eagle Scout status and was a leader for the Boys Scouts of America. Steve will always be remembered for his great love of nature, his warm and fun loving ways and his sincere concern for others. Steven was the stepson of the late Aime Gauthier of Fall River, MA. Steven is survived by his spouse of twenty years Heather E. Cloutier; his mother Theresa Gauthier of Fall River MA; sister Kathy Silva of Fall River, sister Joann Sunenson of Ft. Pierce, FL; brother Michael Cloutier of Smithfield, MA; niece Lisa Botelho of Fall River, MA; nephew Michael Botelho of Swansea, MA, and stepsisters Paula Gauthier, Karen Souza and Heidi Gauthier.
