Obituary of Ruby-Pauline Webber

Ruby Pauline Sowder Webber, 92, Cynthiana, Ky., died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, at Cedar Ridge Health Campus.She was born in Harrison County, Ky., Jan. 11, 1922, to the late Stonewall Jackson and Julia Frances Mulligan Sowder. She was a member of First Church of God in Cynthiana, and was preceded in death by her husbands, Jobie Vernon Howard and Norvil Webber, five brothers and four sisters.Survivors include: one son, Jobie (Brenda) Howard; one sister, Georgia Wade; grandchildren, Melissa (Mark) Mattox, Jim (Tina) Howard, Traci (Shayne) Dahmer, Cayce (Danny) Collins, Shane (Glenda) Bartels and Aimee Bartels; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.Services were held Friday, Feb. 21 at Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home by the Rev.
