Obituary of Roy-James Salmon

SALMON, ROY JAMES , 73, of Leitchfield, formerly of Fern Creek, died Friday September 9, 2005. He was retired from General Electric, an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, a member of Okolona Masonic Lodge #853 and Harmony Chapter OES #273. Survivors include his wife, the former Anna Mae Voorhies; son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Shirl Salmon; grandchildren, Cody Ayers and Jason and Christi Collett; sister, Gladys Kiper; and brother, William Neal Salmon. Funeral service: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday.
