Obituary of Rose-Mary Allen

Rose Mary Allen September 21, 2010 Rose Mary Allen, 82 formerly of Lafayette passed away Tuesday at Community General Hospital. Born in Syracuse, Rose Mary was a long time resident of Lafayette before moving to Chittenango 20 years ago. Prior to retirement she was employed in the research department at Agway in Tully for 15 years. She was an associate member of the Viet Nam Veterans Chapter 103 and a member of the Mattydale VFW #3146 Auxiliary. Rose Mary was pre deceased by her husband Edward and a son Edward Jr. Surviving are a son, Charles (Judy) Riss of Syracuse; two daughters, Carol Hilgers (Jim) of Chittenango and Linda Hoag (Raymond) of Morrisville; two brothers, Walter and George Daniu both of Syracuse; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a special granddaughter Fernette Hoag of Syracuse. Funeral services will be noon Friday at the Hall Funeral Home, 6033 Cherry Valley Turnpike, Lafayette. Burial will follow in Lafayette Rural Cemetery.
