Obituary of Ralph Temple

Ralph L. Temple ROBBINSVILLE Ralph Loren Temple, 91, of Robbinsville passed away Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, with his daughter by his side. Mr. Temple was born and raised in Vineland, NJ, and went on to live in Pitman, NJ, for 30 years before moving to Hamilton 14 years ago. He was honorably discharged from the US Army, having served as a signal corpsman during World War II in Hawaii. Mr. Temple retired in 1980 after 36 years as a district engineer with NJ Bell. He was the former president of the Vineland Chapter of the Telephone Pioneers and the past president of the Glassboro Lions Club. Predeceased by his parents, Albert William and Kathleen (Sheard) Temple, and his loving wife of 54 years, Betty L. Temple, he is survived by his children, Lauren S. Temple, Richard Loren Temple, and Cheryl Schauble; grandchildren, Richard Temple, Kelley Temple and Shawn Schauble, and great-grandchildren, Richard Temple, Nicholas Temple, Michael Temple, Cooper Schauble and Taylor Schauble. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at 3:30 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home. Cremation will be private.
