Obituary of Patricia Kearney

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 26, 2012 for Mrs. Patricia Ann Kearney. Patricia was born in Watertown, MA on April 6, 1930, a daughter of the late John P. and Lillian C. (ONeill) Condon. She attended local schools, eventually graduating from the Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Newton, MA. After graduating from Brown University, she established the Condon and Glossa Insurance Agency in Watertown, MA. She and her husband, Bill, continued there until retirement. A longtime resident of Wellesley, MA, Patricia and her husband, Bill, spent the last several years residing in Juno Beach, Florida. Patricia was both an avid tennis player and golfer. She was a member of the Woodland Golf Club, Newton, MA, and played on their competitive teams for over 40 years. She died Thursday, September 27, 2012, in Juno Beach, FL at the age of 82. She was predeceased by her husband, Bill, who died in 2007, and is survived by her brother, John Condon, of Tierra Verde, FL ; her sister, Geraldine Courtney, of Wilbraham, MA; four nephews, Scott, Glenn and Brian McEwan and Peter Condon, all of Tampa, Florida and a niece, Christine Condon, of Columbia, South Carolina. A memorial mass will be celebrated in St John the Evangelist Church, 9 Glen Rd., in Wellesley, MA on Friday, October 26th at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment will be held in Juno Beach, FL.
