Obituary of Nicole-Diane Boileau

McALEAR, Nicole Diane (nee Boileau) Peacefully at home on July 6, 2009, at the age of 59 years young, surrounded by her family, her loving husband of 38 years Stephen and her beautiful children Mark (wife Noriko), Stephanie (husband Steven Laurin) and Jennifer. She will be missed greatly by all of us. She was a wonderful, caring wife and mother. She is predeceased by parents Lilianne and Mathias Boileau as well as her brothers Jean Guy and Michel Boileau. She will be sadly missed by her sister Madeleine (Morris Wilson) as well as her brothers Fernand (Kathy), Raymond, Andre (Judy) and Paul (Barbara). Also survived by her four grandchildren, Mariko and Rikki McAlear as well as Brayden McAlear Laurin and Myra Laurin, as well as many nieces and nephews. We wish to thank her palliative care team of doctors and nurses for their compassion and care in helping ease her pain. A special thanks to her sister-in-law Frances Mason and to her long-time friend and neighbour Yvonne Thiverge. We also thank her fellow employees at Myers Cadillac Chevrolet for their continued support during this difficult time; it is greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Dawn Lundy and Pam Legault. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road on Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in her name would be appreciated.
