Obituary of Michael-Norman Dolan

DOLAN, Michael Norman Royal Canadian Air Force for 38 years Passed away at the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Center on Saturday October 18, 2008 at the age of 72. Son of the late Michael James Dolan and Agnes Formby. Beloved husband of the late Lucille Bedard. Loving father of Michael Raymond (Lucy), Rob (Joanne) and Kevin (Nathalie). Cherished "Poppa" of Brandon and Kayla. Dear brother of Doreen Rotar (late Jim), Helen Allard (Late Gerry), Veronica Young (Carl), Margaret Duford (Denis), Rita, Sharon Thibault (Jean-Paul) and Linda Niman (Grant). He will be remembered by many nephews, nieces and friends. Predeceased by his brothers Reverend Francis, John (Alice) and Ray (Arlene). Special thanks to all the staff from the 5th West at the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Center for their excellent care. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday October 22, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Rd., Ottawa (613-241-3680). The family will be present at the Funeral Home to receive condolences at 9 a.m. In memory of Mr. Dolan, donations to the Canadian cancer Society or to Bruyere Foundation would be appreciated.
