Obituary of Mary-Dunn Bryan

Mary Evans Dunn Bryan, 90, widow of Goode Bryan of Greenville, went home to be with the Lord Feb. 4, 2001. Born in Scottsboro, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Rev. Harry Camden and Lillian Staples Dunn. Mrs. Bryan was a retired insurance agent with Goode Bryan Agency, and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Greenville. She was the dearly beloved mother of a daughter, Catherine Bryan Smith and her husband, and Earl J., of Greenville; a son, Robert Williams Bryan and his wife, Grace B., of Taylors; two grandchildren, Mary Catherine Nett and her husband Michael R., and Pamela S. Cannon and her husband, David G.; and five great-grandchildren, Hannah E., Caris A., and Daniel N. Nett, and Jocelyn C. and Kimberly M. Cannon. Graveside services will be held today at 3:15 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends today from 2:30 to 3 p.m. at The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive.
