Obituary of Mary-Alice O-Brien


(nee O'Brien) Friday May 9, 2003, in her 76th year, after a lengthy and courageous battle with alzheimer's. Mary Teeple widow of Maj. Gerald Teeple and are now together forever. Loved and cherished by her six children, Lynn (Glen Mewdell), Gordon and Jo-Anne (Robert Senack) all of Ottawa, Patricia (John Brideau) of N.B., Elaine of Toronto and Michael (Lorrainne) of Alberta. Alice leaves behind 6 grandchildren, a sister Kathleen Mousseau of Bedford, N.S. friends and family, she will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is predeceased by her brothers Neil of St. John's NFLD and Terrence of Victoria B.C. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Joseph' Manor in Orleans for their patience, devotion and care. A special thank you to Lynn Wright and Debbie Foubert, Alice's companions and personal care-givers. Friends are invited to join the family at the Beechwood Chapel, 280 Beechwood Ave, Tuesday May 13, 2003 for a Service in Memory of Alice at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memoriam donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
