Obituary of Mary-A. Waddell

Mary Alverda Waddell, 83, Leighton, Ala., died Monday, April 30, 2001. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2001, at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia.The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2001, at Morrison Funeral Home chapel, with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Corinth, Miss.Officiating at the funeral will be the Rev. Charles Williams.Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, is directing.Mrs. Waddell was a native of Saltillo, Miss., and was a member of Leighton Baptist Church.She is survived by her son, Monte Cook, Garland Texas; sister, Lucille Lassiter, Leighton, Ala.; three grandchildren.Pallbearers will be David Johnson, David Clark, Andrew Clark, Christian Johnson, Ben King and Lawrence King.
