Maria A. RamosLoving wife, mother, grandmother, sister; 80 DRACUT -- Maria Angelina Ramos, 80, died peacefully on July 7th, at Merrimack Valley Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.She is survived by her husband, Alfredo Ramos, with whom she shared 42 years of marriage.Maria was born on the island of Madeira in Portugal on December 1, 1931.Maria enjoyed sewing, gardening, and listening to Portuguese music. She was very devout and attended mass faithfully. Most of all, she enjoyed sharing time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two sons, Manuel Ramos and Arlindo Ramos, both of Dracut; and her daughter, Janice Adams and her husband, Timothy of Hudson, NH; her two grandchildren, Carter and Cassandra Adams of Hudson, NH, her sister, Maria Isabel Tareco of Dracut; nephew, James Tareco of Whitehouse Station, NJ, and niece, Janice Goguen of Billerica, as well as several additional nieces and nephews.RAMOS -- Relatives and Friends are invited to pay their respects at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut, on Wednesday July 11 from 4 to 8 p.m. Her funeral will take place from the funeral home on Thursday July 12 at 10 a.m. followed by her funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, Lowell.
