Obituary of Maria-A. Paquette

CHELMSFORD - Maria A. Paquette, 91, a longtime resident of Chelmsford, died Saturday, July 26, at Saints Memorial Medical Center in Lowell, following a short illness. She was 91.She was born in Lowell on Oct. 26, 1911, she was a daughter of the late James and Alta (Allen) Paquette. She attended Chelmsford Schools.Prior to her retirement, she had been employed by the Unity Heel Co. of Lowell for many years.Miss Paquette was an avid bingo player.She is survived by a brother, Albert Paquette of Tewksbury; five nieces, Ann "Shirley" Johnson of Dracut, Shirley Hughes of Lowell, Pamela Berard, residing in Florida, Patricia Jalbert of Lyme, N.H., Susan Lanier of Dracut; two nephews, Robert Paquette, residing in New Hampshire, and Walter L. "Skip" Berard Jr., residing in Florida; as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews, and one great-grandniece and one great-grandnephew.
