Obituary of Margaret-E. Bowen

Graveside service for Margaret E. Bowen, 78, of Somerville will be Friday, Feb. 24, 2006, at 10 a.m. at Pines Cemetery in Florette with Bro. Larry Conley officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.Mrs. Bowen, who died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2006, at Summerford Nursing Home, was born Aug. 31, 1927, in Morgan County to Raymond McDowra and Lola Grace Anderson McDowra. She was a longtime, dedicated member of Resurrection Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Her husband, Adrian Bowen, preceded her in death. Survivors include one son, Dwane Bowen and his wife, Lisa, of Somerville; one daughter, Dawn Robinson and her husband, Tim, of Somerville; and four grandchildren, Jennifer and Joshua Prince and Shelbi and Jessi Bowen.
