Obituary of Margaret Bowen

BOWEN - Margaret Ruth passed away on Monday, December 31, 2007 surrounded by her loving family. Mom was born on the Brown Farm in the Weyburn district on November 26, 1922. She was predeceased by her husband Fred in January of 2006. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Cheri (Harvey) Frasz; son Doug (Debbie) Bowen and daughter Wendy (Ron) Tonita; her grandchildren Neil (Raeanne Piggott), Steven, Amanda, Cole, Jennifer and Kaitlyn. Mom was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She is also survived by her sisters Eleanor Tollefson, Ollie (Don) Goranson, Marj Dechief and Thelma (Werner) Blum as well as many nieces and nephews. A CELEBRATION OF RUTH'S LIFE will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK, with interment to follow in Regina Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at William Albert House in Emerald Park for their care and compassion of Mom over the last 3 months.
