Margaret K. Egan died Thursday, June 20, 2002 in the Belaire Health Care Center at the age of 90. She was born on March 4, 1912 in New York, the daughter of the late Anthony and Anna Fiedler Keller. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph P. Egan. Mrs. Egan was a homemaker, an active member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, where she was a member in the Resurrection Choir and a member of AARP. Mrs. Egan is survived by three sons, Father Tony Egan O.F.M. Cap. of Portland, Maine, Michael E. Egan of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and Edward T. Egan of Gastonia, NC, three daughters, Meg E. Silvoy of Gastonia, Carolyn E. Pesackis of Wilmington and Marie A. Egan of Poughkeepsie, NY, two sisters, Frances Tierney of Madison, Wisconsin and Theresa Durney of Pearl River, NY, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends may call Monday, June 24 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Joseph W. Sorce F.H. Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, June 25 at 10:00 am in St. Anthony's Church, Nanuet celebrated by Fr. Tony Egan O.F.M. Cap. Interment will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet.
