Obituary of Luella-Margaret Bowen

BAILEY, Luella Margaret (Nee Bowen) Peacefully Tuesday, October 20, 2009 age 93 years. Daughter of the late Rev. Chapin Foster Bowen and Margaret Robina Cooke. Beloved wife of the late Donald L. Bailey. Loving mother of Carol Innes (Barry), Sharon Krawchuk, Marilyn Smith (Norman) and Grant (Kathy). Cherished grandmother of David, Darren (Fay), Ryan, Cameron (Sara), Craig, Jacqueline, Neill and great-grandmother of Melissa, Bailey and Alyssa. Also survived by her sister Alma Brownlee. Predeceased by 2 brothers Willard and Carmen Bowen and 2 sisters Ruby Caswell Dickson and Grace Francis. Friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road, Sunday 6 to 9 p.m. and after 10 a.m. Monday, October 26, 2009 until time of service in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Perth, Ontario. Those wishing, may make donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of their choice.
