Obituary of Lucy-E. Lee

Lucy Evelyn Lee, of Taunton passed away Monday, April 29, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Arnold Lee. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Hazel and Charles Daly. Lucy was the center of her large and loving family. She gave everyone she met a beautiful smile and kind words. Lucy was cherished by all who knew her. She enjoyed doll collecting, a hobby she shared with her three daughters. She greatly enjoyed her travels with her husband, Arnie. They were devoted to each other. His loving and expert care provided her with a secure and happy home throughout their life together. Loving mother of Laura (Hindmarsh) Colpus and her husband Ronald, Joanne (Hindmarsh) Humphrey and her husband William, Dedee (Hindmarsh) Nickerson and her husband Joel, Edmund (Ted) Hindmarsh, William Hindmarsh and his wife Kim, stepmother to Nancy (Lee) Hankel and Diane (Lee) Stanley. She is also survived by her sister-in-law and dear friend, Lois (Hindmarsh) Ritchie. Also survived by numerous brothers and sisters. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Visiting hours are Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at the Hamel, Wickens & Troupe Funeral Home, 26 Adams Street, Quincy Center from 4 p.m. | 8 p.m. Services and Interment will be private.
