Williams, Louise C., 71, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday (June 28, 2007) in Jacksonville under the care of her family and County Hospice of Northeast Florida. She came here in 1970 from her native Williamsville, Jamaica. She was a licensed practical nurse for 15 years at Westminster Shores. She earned her nursing degree from St. Petersburg Junior College and an associateís degree in biblical counseling from Florida Beacon College. She attended Logos Bible Institute and Bible Institute and Seminary, where she received her ministerial license. She was a member and an associate minister of Christ Gospel Church, where she was president of Women of Vision Ministry. She was a volunteer for the St. Petersburg County Work Release and a local homeless shelter, where she taught Bible classes. She worked with the prison ministry and enjoyed sewing and cooking. Survivors include six sons, Jamey L. Williams and Yahzur A. YoíSeph, both of Jacksonville, Devon T. Irwin, St. Petersburg, and Paul Samuels, Douglas Irwin and Shane Henry, all of Jamaica; two daughters, Rosemarie Malcolm, Jamaica, and Esther Eugene, Jacksonvile; a brother, Hilton Williams, Canada; three sisters, Melva Fraser, Miami, Delsetta Thompson, New Jersey, and Mavis Williams, New York; and 13 grandchildren.
