Obituary of Leo Rousseau


ROUSSEAU, Leo Arthur, 69, of Holiday, died Sunday, November 20, 2005, after a lengthy illness from complications of diabetes and kidney diseases at home in Holiday. He was born in Westbrook, Maine, and moved to Florida from South Casco, Maine, in 1991. He was a retired supervisor for the solvent coating department at Scott Paper Co. in Westbrook, Maine, after 36 years of service. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean conflict, a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Holiday and a life member of American Legion Post in Windham, Maine. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sandra L. Rousseau of Holiday; son, Daniel T. Rousseau of Orlando; daughters, Lisa Ann Durgin of Cocoa Beach and Pamela Joyce Varney of Windham, Maine; brother, Peter Grant of Buxton, Maine; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, at Dobies Funeral Homes in Holiday. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 23, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Churc h in Holiday. Burial will follow in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Homes Bartelt Road Chapel Holiday
