Mr.Owens was preceded indeath by his parents, Joseph Eugene Owens andJosephine Crosby Owens.Survivors include his wife,Velma Francine RobertsOwens of Prattville; fivesons, Richard MichaelOwens and wife Anna ofMillbrook, AL, Joseph Robert Owens, James Christopher Owens, Matthew Lawrence Owens and Nathanial Crosby Owens all ofPrattville; one brother andsister-in-law, James Richardand Elaine Owens of Montgomery.
