Obituary of Julia Mary Quinn

QUINN, Julia Mary (nee McLaughlin)Peacefully in hospital surrounded by family on June 19, 2016 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Quinn. Cherished mother of Laurie Foley (Jerry), Wayne (Andree) and predeceased by her daughter Donna. Loving Gramma of Ashley, Shannon, Valerie and Amy. Great Gramma of Quinn. Sister of Monica Mulligan, Ross McLaughlin (Lois) and Evelyn Oakley. Predeceased by her parents Lena Daly and Patrick McLaughlin and by sisters, Eva Foley, Cleta Montgomery, Helen O''Connor, Bertha Noel and brother Martin McLaughlin. Julia will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews, many friends and all the staff (especially Andrea McIntyre) and the residence at the Stittsville Revera Retirement Living. Special thanks to her nurse Erin and all the wonderful staff at the Queensway Carleton Hospital for all their compassion and care. Friends may pay respect at Kelly Funeral Home, 580 Eagleson Road, 613-591-6580 on Wednesday June 22, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 23, at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Kelly Funeral Home.
