Obituary of Joseph-Michael Alves

Alves, Joseph Michael Rochester: Thursday, March 5, 2009 at age 51. Joey was born December 12, 1957 at St. Mary's Hospital and grew up in Chili, NY. Predeceased by his father, Joseph P. Alves Jr. Survived by his mother, Gloria Alves; sisters, Mardell (Bob) Brabant, Alice (Frank) Cutaiar, Janice (Jeff) Beane; brothers, David (Karolyn), Paul (Corinne) and Danny (Bonnie); devoted uncle to Erin (Matt), Frankie, Josh, Jon, Trevor, Kristen, Ryan, Megan, Justin and Jordan; special friend to Arnold Phillippsen, Steve Gaudioso, Mike Ferrara and Kenneth Messner. He was also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Joey was employed by the Greece Central School District until his illness. He loved hunting, fishing, WWE, the Public Market, grilling, vacationing at the Jersey shore, clambakes and Chester the dog. Friends may call at the Leo M.
