WORCESTER— Joseph E. Dufresne, 83, of 201 Providence St., died Wednesday, Oct. 12, in his home. He leaves a son, Clement J. Dufresne; a daughter, Joanne M. Dufresne, both of Worcester; two grandchildren, Kevin and Kenneth and three great-grandchildren, Jayda, Raykel and Kane. He was predeceased by a son, James E. Dufresne and a brother, Clement R. Dufresne. He was born in Worcester, son of Hector and Blanche (Bonin) Dufresne and lived here all his life. Mr. Dufresne was a steel room worker 17 years for Parker & Harper Co. He retired many years ago. Joseph was a member of St. John’s Church. He enjoyed his morning coffee with the guys at the Broadway Restaurant. The funeral will be held on Monday, October 17, from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. John’s Church, 40 Temple St. Burial will be private. Calling hours in the funeral home are Sunday, Oct. 16, from 2 to 5 p,m.
