Obituary of Johnnie-William Summers

INMAN, SC-- Mr. Johnnie William Summers of 140 Summers Street, Inman, SC, widower of Mrs. Janie Irby Summers, entered into eternal rest on March 27, 2007. He was the widower of Mrs. Janie Irby Summers and son of the late Mr. Johnnie W. Summers, Sr. and Mrs. Loretta Summers. A native of Colleton County, SC he was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church where he served on the deacon ministry.Survivors include one son, Mr. Amile Summers of the home; one daughter, Ms. Amy Summers Melvin of Inman, SC; one brother, Mr. Fred Summers of Boston, MA; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
