Obituary of John-William Fields

FIELDS John William Fields, Sr., passed away on October 23, 2007 in Jacksonville after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sue Fields, and his children, Billy Fields (Janet), Mary Maslack (Michael), Susan Fields, and John W. Fields, Jr. Graveside services will be held in his hometown of Fultondale, AL on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at Walker Chapel Cemetery.
