NEVILLE, John ColinPassed peacefully in hospital. Happily reunited with his best friend and beloved wife of 68 years Shirley (nee Bratannia) and their daughter Linda Joan. Predeceased by his brother Edward and his sister Leona and husband 'Jack' Doerr. He will be missed by his many good friends and family. Frank and Anne Willis, Don and Pauline Patterson, Sam and Jean Giofu, nephews: Larry and Irene Neville, their children Richard, Robert, Carrie and David, John Doerr, Paul and Arlene Doerr, their children Tanya and Ian. John was a proud member of the Essex-Scottish Regiment, Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, the Windsor Veterans Memorial Committee, the Windsor Historical Society, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 143 (formerly of Prince Edward Branch 94) and the RCL Poppy Fund. John was a past president and member of the Ontario Gasoline Dealers Associatiion. John was also a memeber of the Windsor Sportsman Club. We would like to thank the staff of 7 West and 8 East of Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital, Dr's Chow and Coughlin for their care, concern and support. Visiting will be held at the Victoria Greenlawn Memorial Chapel and Visitation Center 1525 Hwy 3 (1km west of Walker Road)519-969-3939on Thursday August 9, 2012 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. In Lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the charity of your choice.
