CAVANAGH JOHN KEITH "Jack" Suddenly at his home, Clayton, Ontario on Sunday, May 10, 2009. Jack Cavanagh of Clayton, age 64 years. Beloved husband of Deborah "Debbie" Smithson and dear father of Rodney (Jennifer). Loved son of Eva Cavanagh (nee Stanley) and the late James Cavanagh. Brother of Myrna, James (Candace) and Peggy McDonnell (John). Predeceased by a sister, Cathy. Cherished Popa of Shelby, Kelly & Lindsay.
