Obituary of Joan-Patton Maxwell

Joan Patton Maxwell, 88, Delphi, died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014, at 1:15 a.m. in her apartment at Westminster Village, West Lafayette.  She was born May 25, 1926, in Lafayette, to the late Harold and Wilma (Loy) Patton. Her marriage was to Robert M. "Bob" Maxwell on Easter Sunday April 6, 1947 in Delphi, and he preceded her in death on July 24, 2011. Friends may call Monday from 11a.m. until her funeral service at 1 p.m. at Abbott Funeral Home, Delphi. A Tri Kappa Sorority Memorial Service will be at 10:45 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.Burial will take place at IOOF Memorial Gardens, Pittsburg.
