Obituary of Joan Edwards

JOAN EDWARDS MELBOURNE VILLAGE Joan Edwards, 82, a home maker, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2008, at West Melbourne Health and Rehab Center. Mrs. Edwards was born in Winchester, KY. She came to Brevard County in 1981 from Louisville, KY. She was a member of St. Pauls United Methodist Church. Mrs. Edwards is survived by her husband, William Edwards of Melbourne Village; sons, Bruce Swango of Tavernier, FL and David Swango of Louisville, KY; and four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Octo ber 27th, at Florida Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VITAS Hospice.
