HOAR, Joan BerniceThe one and only, Joan Bernice Hoar (Mellis) passed away Thursday, September 25 at Delta Hospital into the arms of her Lord. She is survived by her two sons Joseph (Christiane) and James (Cristina) and her cherished grandkids Samuel, Sophia, Elijah, Carri-Anne, Georgia and Lukas as well as her brother James Mellis. She was predeceased by her brother Don and sister Verna as well as her parents Myrtle and Albert.
