Obituary of Jean Swan

DOYLE, Jean - Having suffered with Alzheimer's disease for several years, Jean Doyle (nee Swan) at the age of 83 died peacefully at Fairmount Home on 8 February 2006 with her family by her side. Jean is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Ray. dearest mother of Jeanne and her husband Paul Roman (Kingston); George (Burlington); Christine (Oakville); Terry (Kitchener); Maureen (Jersey Island); John and his wife Patty (MIssissauga); Jim and his wife Olivia (Florida); Raymond (Burlington); Cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Jean will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all. Our family would like to extend a special thank you to our Fairmount Home family who took such special care of Jean. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 950 Old Kingston Mills Road on Saturday 11 February at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. Georges Savoie Celebrant. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Kingston or the Hildegarde Centre, Providence Manor would be appreciated by the family. (Donations by cheque only please).
