Janet Daniels WillisJanet Daniels Willis, 72, of Starke, died Sunday, April 8, 2007, in Gainesville following a brief illness. Born in Elmira, N.Y., on June 2, 1934, Mrs. Willis moved to Starke four years ago from Okeechobee. She was a member of St. Marks Episcopal Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her son, Timmy Willis.Mrs. Willis is survived by: daughter, Elizabeth J. Ritchey of Citra; sons, Noah Willis, Jr. of Milford, Mich., and Michael A. Willis of Lake City; sister, Rose Dunaway of Fort McCoy; brother, William A. Daniels of Lake City; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and, many nieces and nephews.Memorial services for Mrs. Willis were held on Sunday, April 15, 2007, in the St. Marks Episcopal Church.Arrangements were by Jones Funeral home, Starke, Fla.
