Obituary of Jane-R. Coates

->Coates, Jane R.Jane R. Coates, of Falmouth, formerly of Binghamton, NY, Winchester, MA and Alexandria, VA passed away at her home in Falmouth, MA on February 17, 2013 after a four year battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Vincent J. Coates, Jr.; her daughter, Ellen A. Coates of Falmouth, formerly of Washington, DC; her son, Vincent J. Coates, III of Blue Hill, Maine; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Claire, Madeline Jane and Brendan Owen Coates of Belfast, Maine; her sister and brother-in-law, Rosemary R. and Neal S. Kenny of Raleigh, NC and numerous nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be from 4PM to 7PM on Friday, March 8 at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 584 Rte. 28A in West Falmouth; the funeral will be at 11AM on Saturday, March 9 at St. Elizabeth Seton Church at 481 Quaker Road in N. Falmouth. At Mrs. Coates' request her ashes will be scattered in the Atlantic Ocean at a later date.
