Obituary of Jane-F. Sloan

October 31, 2004 Jane F. Sloan, 89, of N. Hoopes Ave., Auburn, died at home Sunday, October 31, 2004. She dedicated her life to her family, which includes her daughter Mary Ellen Carr and her husband Stephen of Syracuse; her son Robert Sloan and his wife Ann of Auburn; and her grandchildren Alison and Matthew Sloan. A family prayer service will be held at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday at White Chapel Funeral Home, Inc., 197 South St., Auburn. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fleming. Calling hours: Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations: Hospice of the Finger Lakes, 1130 Corporate Drive.
