Obituary of James Wallace

WALLACE, James (Jim) - It is with profound sadness that the Wallace family announce the passing of our Patriarch, Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great-grandfather, James (Jim) Wallace at age 96 on September 15, 2009. Jim is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 69 years- Elsie, son Kent (Laura), of Scottsdale, Arizona, son-in-law Rich Held (Wendy) of New Hamburg, granddaughters Tara Klein (Dave) and Christina Flood (Dave), and great-grandsons Jacob, Logan, Montana, and Tyler. Jim was predeceased by his daughter Lynn in 1982. At Jim's request no public services are to be held. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jim's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice are welcome. Interment at York Cemetery will take place at a private family service.
