Obituary of James-Petrie Macleod

MACLEOD, James Petrie - Passed away peacefully at his home in Windermere, Ontario on Sunday, February 12, 2012 in his 92nd year. Jim's golf career began in 1947 and offered him the opportunity to travel and work in places like Scotland, the Middle East, Bermuda and Windermere, Ontario, where he eventually retired in 1993. Jim is survived by his loving wife Nan and the many family members and friends he has touched through the years. Friends will be received at the Reynolds Funeral Home Turner Chapel in Bracebridge, on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 12-1 p.m. The service will begin in the chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation, The Manna Food Bank or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
