Obituary of J. -Ronald Saint

SAINT, J. Ronald Peacefully, Friday, October 2, 2009. J. Ronald Saint in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Eagle). Predeceased by his first wife, Janet, the mother of his children. Loving father of Stuart (Louise), James (Christine), and David (Eileen). Fondly remembered by step-children Laurence (Maura), Bryan, Catherine and Cynthia (John). Proud grampie of Robin, Katherine, Janet, Alexander, Jay, Annie, Gabrielle, Jesse, Chelsea and Mathew. Dear brother of Mary (Charles) and predeceased by siblings Elizabeth, Julia, Jack, Ella and Bobbie. Missed by many nieces, nephews and friends, as well as sister-in-law Beth Olah (Frank) and brother-in-law Donald Eagle (Bernice). A special thank you to the staff at Carlingview Manor, the Palliative Care Team and the Geriatric Assessment Unit of the Civic Hospital. Ron enjoyed a long and distinguished career in the Financial Services industry and will be missed by the many clients he served so well. Friends are invited to visit the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor) Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday after 1 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday in the Chapel at 3 p.m. In Memoriam donations to Parkinson Society Canada would be appreciated.
