Helen M. (Osborne) 94 of Winchester, MA died April 8, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Vernon (Frank) Sherman, Sr. Loving mother of Vernon and his wife Eileen, of Needham, Douglas and his wife Rosemary of Stoneham, Valerie Sherman-Jannone and her husband Charles of Wilmington, Debby Davies and her husband David of North Andover, Wendy McCorry and her late husband Kevin of Methuen, Nancy Sherman-Hudson and her husband Robert of Winchester, Barbara of Wakefield, and Jean Marie Finocchio and her husband Paul of Wakefield. Loving. Proud nana of Douglas, Brad, Jenny, Gary, Alison, Nicholas, Rachel, Daniel, Kimberly, Gregory, Ashley, Cody, Cameron, Andrew, Bailey, and Olivia and great nana to Harper and Kayla. Sister of the late Adeline Bacon, brother of the late John Osborne, sister of Dorothy Fall of Quincy, MA, and brother of the late Fredrick Osborne. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Retired beloved elementary special needs teacher in the Medford School System. Visiting hours were held Friday April 12, 2013 from 4-8pm at the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. Winchester, MA 01890. A Mass to celebrate Helen's Life was held on April 13, 2013, from St. Mary's Church, 158 Washington St., Winchester, MA 01890. Interment was at Oak Grove Cemetery, West Medford, MA.
