Obituary of Glenn-Charles Everett


Everett, Glenn CharlesMissouri: Glenn passed away after a lengthy illness due to respiratory complications near family in MO, on Oct. 19th, 2012.Glenn was born in Ogden, NY. He graduated from Churchville-Chili in 1952 and R.B.I. in Rochester with his degree in business.A Certified Public Accountant, Life Ins. Underwriter & Conf. Leader, Glenn was employed with American Investment for 23 years, Chrysler Motors for 5 years and the Democrat & Chronicle in Rochester, NY, for 10 years. He coached little league baseball first in Ellisville, MO, then Atlanta, GA, and finally Orange Co., FL. During 21 years of coaching, his teams were always very competitive with a positive mental attitude. Glenn always considered himself a lover of nature, having had many kinds of animals and plants to care for through the years.He leaves two daughters; Faith Ivey, Hope (Richard) Alwalt and three sons; Glenn (Dee Dee), Michael, Daniel (Chris); 7 grandchildren & 8 great-grandchildren. Also, one sister, Carol (Cliff) and several nieces, nephews & cousins.Preceded in death by one sister, Iva Mae and one brother, Harold (Patti); both parents; Lois (Perry) & Geo. Stanley Everett.Glenn held several posts in the Elks Club; such as Chaplain, Inter-Guard, Esquire, and Luxury Knight. He was also awarded Old Monarch with Elks International. He was a past member of the U. M. Church of N. Chili, National Lion's Club & NY Moose Lodge.A private service is being held for family in MO. where he shall rest in peace.
