Obituary of George Dunnigan

DUNNIGAN, George - May 12, 2006 Peacefully, after a long and courageous battle, in hospital, on May 12, 2006, in his 66th year, with loving family by his side. Beloved husband of Pauline Dunnigan (nee Kelly). Predeceased by his parents Agatha and George Dunnigan and his brother Frank. George will be deeply missed by sister Bernadette Tierney (Charles), brother John (Brenda), step-son Jason Sinden (Natasha), grandson Jordan, children Peter, Sharon, Donna, Gregory and Christopher and grandchildren. A special thank you to Dr. Seeley and the nursing staff at the Intensive Care Unit of the Ottawa General Hospital for their devotion and loving care over the last 6 months. Friends may visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road at Aviation Parkway, Tuesday, May 16, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Annunciation of The Lord Roman Catholic Church, 2414 Ogilvie Rd. on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment at Notre Dame Cemetery.
