NEWBURY - Gary R. Norton, 48, died May 11, 2012, at his home. He was the beloved husband of Chantal Norton and father of Craig Norton. He was born in Manchester, son of Emmett and Nella Norton. He was employed by the Bedford Police Department for the past 15 years. He leaves his wife, Chantal P. Norton; son, Craig R. Norton and his fiance Amanda Barnes; parents Emmett and Nella Norton; sister Gina Luther and her husband John Scanzillo; his in-laws, Denis and Marie Blais; Tommy and Lynda Belanger; Thomas and Josee Severino; Marc and Moira Blais; five nieces and four nephews.
