Obituary of Frank-Robert Dunlop

DUNLOP, FRANK R. (BOB) - At Ridgewood Veterans Wing on Saturday, February 1st, 2003; Frank Robert (Bob) Dunlop, husband of Anne Dunlop of Quispamsis, NB. Born in Saint John, NB he was the son of the late Watson and Catherine (Wedge) Dunlop. Bob was a veteran of the Korean War serving with the PPCLI. Returning home from the war Bob worked for Canada Post as well as Revenue Canada and DVA. In addition to his wife Anne he is survived by his daughters, Mary Wright (Tom) of West Saint John, Catherine Downey (Donald) of Quispamsis, Sharon Middleton (Stan) of Westfield, Susan Martin (Kim) of Saint John, Linda Reid (Kevin) of Westfield, and son Bill (Karen) of Quispamsis, 12 grandchildren, Sherry, Jennifer, Tanya, Lisa, Derek, Jason, Kelly, April, Cheryl, Christine, Jeffrey, Kelsey and two great grandchildren, Gabriel and Ryan, brothers Kenneth of Montreal, Watson of Windsor, Ont, Bill (Pat) of Saint John, sisters, Mimi of Montreal, Phyllis (Cyril) of England, Ruth of Ottawa, Brenda (Jim) of Hudson, Quebec, several cousins, nieces and nephews. Bob was predeceased by his sister Mary. Resting at Castle "Kings Chapel" Funeral Home, 154 Old Hampton Road, Rothesay (506-849-1702) from where the service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, February 4th, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a reception in the Kings Chapel Family Reception Lounge. A private family graveside service will take place at a later time at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
