Obituary of Frank Garcia

Frank Garcia, 79, a 50-year resident of Paramus, died on Sept. 27. Before retiring he worked for Sun Chemical in Teterboro. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Visitation RC Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus in Paramus. He is survived by his wife, Catherine Garcia (O'Connell); and his daughter, Jeanmarie Apgar and husband William. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6 at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Ave. in Paramus. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8, from the funeral home, followed by an 11 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Visitation R.C. Church in Paramus. Cremation will be private.
