Spirit Lake Dance NicoleLAKE ALFRED -- Mrs. Florence "Pope" Green of Lake Alfred died of cancer Saturday (July 23, 2005) at Winter Haven Hospital. She was 53.Born in Bartow on April 10, 1952, she was a lifelong resident of the area. She was the owner and director of Spirit Lake Dance Nicole. She was a former member of the Columbiettes. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Winter Haven.Mrs. Green is survived by her husband, Michael Green; sons, Toby Pope, Jay Pope, both of Winter Haven; daughter, Niki Pope Fernandez, Winter Haven; stepson, Nathan Green, Auburndale; sister, Jo-Hilda Tiner, Winter Haven; five grandchildren.Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 W. Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel.
