Ernest L. Fields Ernest Lorenzo Fields, 55, of Quincy, died on Thursday August 13, 2009 Capital Health Care Center. Services will be held 10 a.m. EDT Saturday August 22, 2009 at the Arnett Chapel Africal Methodist Episcopal Church in Quincy, with burial to follow in the Sunnyvale Cemetery in Quincy. Viewing will be from 3 to 8 p.m. EDT Friday August 21, 2009 at Bradwell Mortuary (850-627-3700) in Quincy.Survivors include: Mom, Sallie Fields; daughter, Erin Lauren Fields; stepson, D'Juan L. Harris; sisters, Sandra Banks (Willie Earl) and Sara Ann Birton; brother, Irving Fields and grandson, Jordan Nelson.
