PALM COAST - Elsie C. Howard, 84, of Claymont Circle South, a resident since 1981, died Thursday at home. Mrs. Howard, a homemaker, was born in Atlanta and moved to this area from Stamford, Conn. She was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, Palm Coast, the American Legion Auxiliary Post 115, the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary of Flagler County, past president of the Women's Republican Club in Flagler County and was one of the founders of the Republican Club of Flagler County. Survivors include a son, Charles, Monrovia, Md.; a daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Rutigliano, and a brother, Eugene Clark Jr., both of Palm Coast; and a grandson. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 555 W. Granada Blvd., Suite H-6, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Volusia Memorial, Ormond Beach, is in charge.
