Obituary of Dorothy-L. Wright

Dorothy L. Wright, age 74, of Pittsgrove died Monday, June 14, 2010 at South Jersey Hospital-Elmer following a brief illness. Born in Collingswood on June 18, 1935 to the late Edwin Kraft and Dorothy Bobo Kraft, she was the wife of the late Robert J. Wright, Sr. She had lived in Pittsgrove for ten years and prior to that had resided in Monroeville. Mrs. Wright was employed with the Salem County Office of Education for several years prior to her retirement. She was a member of New Hope Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Bridgeton and was also still active with Faith Orthodox Presbyterian Church at Pole Tavern. Surviving are a son, Robert J. Wright, Jr. and his wife Martha, Missionaries in Uganda; three daughters, Cindy Dux and her husband Jeffrey of Pittsgrove, Tracy Troiani of Pittsgrove and Kristy Rosenbaum and her husband Louis of Daretown, one sister, Edwina Bradford of Shiloh, two brothers, Fred and Edwin Kraft both of Gloucester City and 11 grandchildren, her Precious Doggie and two special companions, Jeanette Cordetti and Maxine Schneidt. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 19th at 11 AM at Faith Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 545 Daretown Road, Pole Tavern. Burial will take place at Olivet Cemetery, Pittsgrove Township. Friends will be received at the church on Saturday from 9:30 to 11 AM prior to the services. The family asks that contributions in Mrs. Wright’s memory be made to the Diaconal Fund of New Hope Presbyterian Church, 65 Hitchner Avenue, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
